Welcome to Heaven’s Door Ministry
We provide a safe, welcoming space where individuals can grow spiritually, no matter where they are in their walk w/Christ.

We provide a safe, welcoming space where individuals can grow spiritually, no matter where they are in their walk w/Christ.

Heaven’s Door Ministry was established in 2018 by Tom and Rose Coleman in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The ministry began at God’s Warehouse, a community outreach center serving the homeless, those overcoming addiction, and individuals from low income backgrounds. Having personally walked this path and experienced transformation through the grace of God, Tom and Rose developed a deep compassion for the community they served.
After Tom’s passing in 2022, Rose faithfully carried forward the mission they began together. Today, she serves as Director of Heaven’s Door Ministry, a New Mexico–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that encourages and values women in leadership.
Heaven’s Door operates under the spiritual guidance of an Elder Board of Directors. In addition to board duties, Carl Russell and Rose Coleman function as co-pastors. The ministry is supported in leadership and physical care of the congregation by a discernment team of deacons.
Scriptural foundation for this New Testament model of church leadership includes Acts 14:23; Titus 1:5–9; 1 Peter 5:1–3; Philippians 1:1; 1 Timothy 3:8–13; Romans 16:1–2; Acts 18:26; Romans 16:7; Ephesians 4:11–13; Hebrews 13:17.
Heaven’s Door offers a worship experience that is both familiar and refreshingly different. Services combine traditional and contemporary Christian music in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Attendees gather around tables, enjoy refreshments, and engage in fellowship while hearing an interactive Gospel message designed to encourage participation and connection.
We are dedicated to improving the lives of those in our community. Your contribution today helps us make a difference.
