Honoring Legacy

We joyfully remember Pastor Steve and Marcia Bockemeier, who went home to be with the Lord in May 2025. Their legacy lives on through the Bockemeier Giving Library, where congregants and visitors can take home books on Bible study, Christian living, and practical life application.

These hundreds upon hundreds of books were truckloaded to Highland Baptist Church as an inheritance from Pastor Steve and Marcia Bockemeier's lifetime collection. Steve and Marcia were members of Heaven's Door Ministry and served in leadership with us for the last few years before going to meet their Lord and Maker in May of 2025.
